All municipalities in NY State are eligible to join EIC NY’s Open C-PACE program. In most of New York State, Counties and Cities may become members, while in Westchester County, Towns and Villages may become members.

Many municipalities are in the process of enabling Open C-PACE, so check frequently for updates on new members or feel free to contact our member services team to discuss membership efforts.
